- How to identify what needs doing?

- How is a collaborative culture created?
- What processes need to be in place?

some answers...
- all the time, by everyone... critical decisions are made as we approach a shared goal, eg week8... the record of how decisions are approached must be recorded clearly in the wiki, to enable others to follow... decisions made through informal meetings should be recorded somewhere... what is important, is that the projections begin to align towards a goal...
- we have the needs list... though this won't work unless people actively start trying to solve the needs that need to be done!
- just come up with something, and if others agree, they will get involved... eg, like i am answering your questions here :)
- through practice, not just argument... we need vision, certainly, but we also need a history of experience that has worked... we need to do things together... even play a teamgame together, so that we feel part of something, so we have a shared experience we can build from...
- this wiki for one, though we need the culture of people using it for it to be functional...
- well.. this is the tricky one... i hope sofia and lesley can help out here... i believe we are all good people, and getting in touch with that helps... we need to learn to confront when necessary, and get along most of the time, and avoid unnecessary argument, and the best way to foster this all, is through trust...
- ah... through practice... we trust, we do something, we learn the skills, we move on, we trust more...
- this, we can't ascertain... the nature of 24weeks is an experiment, imho, and as such, we need a culture that allows experimentation, and the experiments that work, we build on... it is a mixture of vision, and practical teamwork...
